I remember a time when I would go to lunch daily up to the local gas station with two friends. Seeing that it wasn't my car and the two people I was with were going out at the time, I always rode in the back seat of that Trans AM. Part of our noontime tradition would be to listen to Paul Harvey regal us with the news of the day. He had a way to turn the news into a narrative in which you found yourself actually listening to. He also had an ability to weave an advertisement into the news like no one's business. It was my understanding he was a Christian, which gives me comfort, but his talents will be truly missed.
