I needed to wash a pair of my new mall pants. I was very conscious of the fact that drying things causes them to not fit me, so I wanted to be careful. I knew that I did not have the time I needed to dry my pants over a chair, as I needed them the next day for something and they take two solid days to air dry. I looked at the dryer and I tried to pick a setting that would be gentle to them....this was the moment that my incompetence began.
I chose the air dry on low setting on my dryer, thinking that was about as gentle as you could get. Did I mention that I did this all during the cold snap we had and I left the pants in the dryer overnight and the fact I don't know what I am doing? I left the pants to dry overnight, and I didn't have time to get them the next morning, so all day they stayed in my dryer...in my basement. When I got home to take them out, they were frozen solid as air dry might as well be labeled "useless". I checked to see if my dryer had a thawing setting...as it didn't, I dried them normally. As it were, they were fine and my butt looks as good in them as ever.
